Sustainability News Update: This free newsletter is e-mailed to subscribers. It covers news on sustainability issues with a focus on local topics and legislative news.

Sustainable Midlands Website: (www.sustainablemidlands.org). This important tool offers discussion and education on issues, a link to our member’s websites, a calendar of critical sustainability events and public hearings, and archives of our past newsletters.  In
addition, it links readers to national and international news stories that have a bearing on our local community.

Sustainability Resource Guide: A directory of our member
 organizations and other important contact information. The Resource Guide is available on the website.

Information & Referral: Sustainable Midlands serves as a call and email service center to help direct inquires 
regarding sustainability issues from the public to the appropriate organization.

Citizen’s Voice Partnerships: Projects with citizen groups and other non profit organizations to educate, inspire and involve the community in actions that will implement individual concepts of sustainable communities.

Annual Meeting: Sustainable Midlands holds an annual meeting to gather members to exchange ideas and discuss issues.

Coalition Meetings: Sustainable Midlands hosts regular meetings to foster discussion and coordination on specific topics or problems. Our role is to arrange the meetings and facilitate dialogue for the benefit of building sustainable communities.

Speakers Bureau: Staff, partner members, and volunteers are available for speaking engagements concerning the issue that impact the creation of sustainable communities.
